Meet Our Staff

Steve Bilinski

As founder and president of Auburn Crane and Rigging, Inc., Steve is responsible for overall direction, performance and corporate safety. Steve followed in his father’s footsteps a master mechanic and operator for Syracuse Rigging Company. In 1998, with just one 35-ton crane and a desire to serve his new customers, Steve started Auburn Crane and Rigging Inc.
Through Steve’s leadership over the last 25 years, Auburn Crane and Rigging Inc. has continued to grow by increasing their fleet size and capacity each year in order to offer their valued customers more choices.

Joanna Bilinski

Office Manager
As office manager, Joanna is responsible for all administration duties of the business; including but not limited to, human resources, AR/AP & payroll. Joanna comes to Auburn Crane and Rigging with 30+ years of experience after holding similar positions at other local companies.


Tim Frigon

Project Manager/Estimator
Tim is a Union Iron Worker with over 40 years of experience. His early days were spent throughout the United States with various companies as a Foreman for rigging services. He joined Auburn Crane in 2017 as a Project Manager and Lead Estimator. His days are often on the road looking at work and job sites, as well as monitoring live job sites. (He still joins the team in the field when necessary!)
